SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY SCHEDULES

Marina Bella Imports has established shipping rates and scheduling times to enhance your overall shopping experience. Shipping rates for Standard Delivery of orders between five pounds or 2.3 kg are a flat fee of $10.00. Shipping rates for Standard Delivery of orders above $30 ship are FREE! This is available only for U.S.  residents. Additional shipping options are shown below.

 INSIDE THE UNITED STATES AND U.S. TERRITORIES

 Orders are shipped next day and arrived at the final destination within 5-10 business days.

OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

Orders are shipped via UPS/Fedex/DHL and expected delivery is usually within 8 - 14 business days (pending customs clearance). Please provide a valid phone number. Local taxes and custom duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

To track your package, you will receive a confirmation email after your order has shipped containing a UPS/FedEX/DHL tracking number. You can track the majority of your order's journey using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Marina Bella Imports has partnered with a trusted third-party company, PayPal, to fulfill orders for our international customers. You may pay by international credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to info@marinabellaimports.com

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Marina Bella Imports. We will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

RETURNED PACKAGES:

If a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order less $7.00 (UPS re-routing fee). If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be a $20 charge.

DAMAGES:

Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company's responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper, we will be happy to assist you.

ALL PURCHASES ARE SUBJECT TO BANK AUTHORIZATION PRIOR TO PROCESSING. ONLY AUTHORIZED PURCHASES WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED. IF YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE PROCESSED, AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION WILL BE SENT.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
